I suggest you go with the ones that look most comfortable because they wont want to stay out for to long if they are wearing itchy costumes.
For the 4 month old i suggest the lamb or rabbit (they are both adorable and look super comfy plus the rabbit has a rattle)
For the 2 year old I think the minnie mouse one is ADORABLE!!!! It would look super cute on a little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes
For the 3 year old I think any little girl with brown hair would make a great Dorothy! She will probably love the little basket with Toto in it

For the 2 month old I would go with the lamb. It looks really warm and comfy and is very sweet.
For the two year old I would go with the blue ballerina. Its really cute, all little girls love ballerinas, and would make her blue eyes stand out.
For the three year old I would go with the Belle costume. It is really pretty I love the bottom of the dress and her description sounds like she looks like Belle.
